"Carlisle!" Jacob still called into the forest, begging for Grandpa to hear him. His voice sounded a little helpless; afraid to leave me here alone to go and get Grandpa, and also afraid if Grandpa couldn't come; if he was hunting somewhere. What would Jacob do then?
