This is my first fanfiction so I need you to be honest and tell me what you think!
I dont own Twilight or any of it's characters.
My mother kissed my forehead softly, “You know sweetie, you don’t have to do this if you don’t want to.” Her eyes bored into mine and for a segundo I actually considered staying in Phoenix. But I knew Phil would be going on the road soon, and I also knew how hard it was for Renee to be away from her new husband. I didn’t want that.
“Mom for the last time I want to!” I replied, putting on the best Valente smile I could manage, smiling was just so much effort these days.
“Are you sure honey? Because I swear you can stay here, in Phoenix if you want to.”
I smiled at her, I was really going to miss my loving erratic hairbrained mother, and her new husband Phil, but they wanted to go on the road, and who was I to stop my mother from being happy?
The plane ride was quiet. I never allowed myself to cry, I wasn’t going to put myself through that, it hurt just too much to think about what I was leaving behind, the heat, the sun, it was all too much to bear.
Charlie was waiting for me at the airport.
“Bella,” He greeted me fondly, beijar the topo, início of my head.” I smiled at him, baring as much teeth as was possible. I needed Charlie to think I was happy if anything.
“Hi Ch-Dad,” I said grimacing, I had to remember to call him dad, I knew he didn’t like when I called him Charlie.
“I’m glad to have you here Bella,” he stared down at the floor as he spoke. Charlie, just like me, wasn’t good with emotion.
“Thanks Dad, I’m glad to be here” I said back, mimicing his actions.
We drove início in silence. It was a 30 minuto drive from the airport to the small town of Forks where I was now living. Forks is a small town in Washington covered por a near constant cover of clouds. It rained here mais than anywhere in the States. The fact that it was raining now didn’t encourage me, though I knew it wasn’t a bad omen.
When we pulled up outside the house it struck me how similar it was, nothing had really changed since the last time I’d been here 4 years ago. The outside was still a faded white, in desperate need of repainting, the inside was also still the same. The cozinha was still that shade of yellow, and my room was still the exact same. The only difference was that a escrivaninha, mesa with a nice looking computer had been added. Clearly Charlie had read up on teenagers in my generation. There was also only one bathroom. One bathroom to be shared with Charlie. I sat down on my cama glumly, staring out the window. What have I condemned myself to? I thought. But I wouldn’t let the tears come. Not now anyway.
I didn’t realise I had fallen asleep until I was awoken por the sound of a horn honking in the driveway. Avoiding anything that I could possibly trip over I rushed down the stairs to see what the excitement was. As I burst through the front door I saw two things at once. First, the awful but beautiful faded red truck in the drive, and segundo my old friend Jacob Black.
“Jacob!” I screeched grabbing him in a hug.
“Hi Bella,” he beamed looking down on me. He had grown quite a bit since the last time I saw him.
“Jeez Jake you been taking growth spurt pills?” I teased, punching him lightly in the arm.
“Nah Bells, I just grew.” He grinned sheepishly.
Staring at a familiar face I tried to believe that tomorrow. My first dia at a new school, wouldn’t be so hard. Hope filled por body.
“Hey Jake, you need a ride to school tomorrow?” I hoped the desperation I heard in my voice wasn’t quite so clear to him.
“Sure sure, I’ll get one of the guys over at La Push to drop me over in the morning”. I smiled at him. Having Jake around was sure going to make school a whole lot easier.
I was wrong. Having him around didn’t make it easier at all. The kids all stared at me as if I had 10 heads, and every class I went to the kids would turn around in their seats to get a good look at the new girl. When lunch time came I was terrified. Where would I sit? Who would I sit with? My hands shook as I carried my tray from the line. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Jacob waving. With a sigh of relief I speed walked across to cadastrar-se him.
“Bella!” he beamed staring up at me, “ sit with us! This is Leah. And that’s Sam and Embry and Paul and Jared. And that there’s Quil. “
I sat down close beside him, hoping he would protect me from the rest of the kids. Underneath the mesa, tabela I felt a sudden pressure as a big warm hand entwined with mine. Looking up at Jake I found him smiling at me. I smiled back. Maybe this wasn’t going to be as bad as I thought.
The rest of the dia was hard. I did meet this one kid, Mike, who seemed really nice. He offered to walk me to gym, which I accepted since I had nowhere to go. He had sandy blonde hair and a slight remainder of cachorro, filhote de cachorro fat. He wasn’t bad looking though. I could tell why girls were staring as we walked.
As usual gym was awful. I had always been bad at gym. Even when I was a little girl and my mom used to make me do ballet. I was always crashing into people and failing miserably at dancing. Anything that involved moving was definitely a hazard for me, clumsy seemed to run in my family.
After school Jacob was waiting for me por my car. I brightened up slightly seeing him there, his smile warm and welcoming.
“How was your first day?” he asked staring down at me with much mais intensity that was necessary.
“Fine,” I answered staring right back. That Mike Newton kid seems nice. Jacob’s brow furrowed.
“Yeah I suppose Mike’s a good guy.” His mood seemed to fall, just the slightest bit
“ I dunno, guess so,” I answered . Before I realised what was happening Jacob’s face was just a few inches from mine.
“Bella,” he whispered softly.
I closed my eyes and waited for the feel of his lips on mine.

Dreamed last night about a time and place
Where from our troubles we had escaped
I held your hand and I felt complete
As you turned and said to me
From now on
From now on we'll be
You and me
We will be
From now on
From now on we'll be
You and me
You and me, we will be
Years went por and nothing changed
The amor we shared just stayed the same
As hair grew grey on topo, início of our heads
Every night I quietly said
From now on
From now on we'll be
You and me
We will be
From now on
From now on we'll be
You and me
You and me, we will be
Only a dream
Only a dream
Only a dream
From now on
Only a dream
From now on
Only a dream
From now on
Only a dream
From now on
You and me, we will be
Where from our troubles we had escaped

I done me wrong
I done all wrong
All the wrong I done
I’m sure to live quite long
I done all wrong
I done me wrong
All the wrong I done
I’m sure to live quite, quite long
All the wrong I done
Will be undone in song
All the wrong I done
Will be undone in song
If you’re doing wrong
If you done all wrong
You can rest assure
You’re gonna live quite long
If you done all wrong
You’re doing wrong
You can rest assure
You’re gonna live quite, quite long
All the wrong you done
Will be undone in song
All the wrong you done
Will be undone in song
We’re doing wrong
We all done wrong
If we did no wrong
I’m sure we would be gone
I done all wrong
All the wrong I done
I’m sure to live quite long
I done all wrong
I done me wrong
All the wrong I done
I’m sure to live quite, quite long
All the wrong I done
Will be undone in song

A tear in my brain
Allows the voices in
They wanna push you off the path
With their frequency wires
And you can do no wrong
In my eyes
In my eyes
You can do no wrong
In my eyes
In my eyes
A drunken salesman
Your hearing damage
Your mind is restless
They say you’re getting better
But you don’t feel any better
(In my eyes
In my eyes)
Your speakers are blowing
Your ears are wrecking
Your hearing damage
You wish you felt better
You wish you felt better
(In my eyes
A better place)
You can do no wrong
In my eyes
In my eyes
You can do no wrong
In my eyes
In my eyes
In my eyes
In my eyes
In my eyes

Ah, ah, ah ,ah, ah
Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah
Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah
Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah
I seek you out
Flay you alive
One mais word and you won’t survive
And I’m not scared of your stolen power
See right through you any hour
I won’t soothe your pain
I won’t ease your strain
You’ll be waiting in vain
I got nothing for you to gain
I’m taking it slow
Feeding my flame
Shuffling the cards of your game
And just in time
In the right place
Suddenly I will play my ace
I won’t soothe your pain
(Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah)
I won’t ease your strain
(Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah)
You’ll be waiting in vain
(Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah)
I got nothing for you to gain
Eyes on fire
Your spine is ablaze
Felling any foe with my gaze
And just in time
In the right place
Steadily emerging with grace
Aaaaahhhhh
Felling any foe with my gaze
Aaaaahhhhh
Steadily emerging with grace
Aaaaahhhhh
Felling any foe with my gaze
Aaaaahhhhh

The hora has begun
Your eyes have now opened
To a world where madness craves
To a world where hope’s enslaved
Oh I tremble for my amor always
Your window’s opened wide
Your innocence takes flight
To a world where madness craves
To a world where hope’s enslaved
Oh I tremble for my amor always
It’s a world where madness craves
It’s a world where hope’s enslaved
Oh I tremble for my amor always
It’s a world where madness craves
It’s a world where hope’s enslaved
Yeah I tremble for you amor always
Your eyes have now opened
To a world where madness craves
To a world where hope’s enslaved
Oh I tremble for my amor always
Your window’s opened wide

When the thorn arbusto, bush turns white that’s when I’ll come home
I am going out to see what I can sow
And I don’t know where I’ll go
And I don’t know what I’ll see
But I’ll try not to bring it back início with me
Like the morning sun your eyes will follow me
As you watch me wander, curse the powers that be
‘Cause all I want is here and now
But it’s already been and gone
Our intentions always last that bit too long
Far, far away, no voices sounding
No one around me and you’re still there
Far, far away, no choices passing
No time confounds me and you’re still there
In the full moon’s light I listen to the stream
And in between the silence hear you calling me
But I don’t know where I am
And I don’t trust who I’ve been
But if I come início how will I ever leave
I am going out to see what I can sow
And I don’t know where I’ll go
And I don’t know what I’ll see
But I’ll try not to bring it back início with me
Like the morning sun your eyes will follow me
As you watch me wander, curse the powers that be
‘Cause all I want is here and now
But it’s already been and gone
Our intentions always last that bit too long
Far, far away, no voices sounding
