13. Reason


I felt rushed suddenly like I couldn't unbuckle fast enough. Here I was seeing Alice for the first time in 11 years. For a segundo I wondered how much she changed but then realized my dumb accusation. I redid the checklist in my head. Aly is seguro with Charlie and Sue at Billy's house having a peixe Fry. "A trim" she smiled angelically. Her teeth glowing with the fluorescents, her eyes liquid gold as she winked at me. "What about you a color change right, brunette" we laughed like those 10 years where only hours we rekindled greatly.

"I'm dieing to know" I smiled at her unintended joke "about your daughter Alison she is beautiful and sweet and smart." Alice said. We were both sitting down, knees touching, hearts loving.

"She is like me I guess. I found her so to speak, I was driving back from Port Angles when I saw a car crash I got out of the car to see if I could help and there she was sleeping both her parents died but she was just fine, like some one picked her out for me."

"Aww I didn't know that, I thought that there were years of trying to get her" Alice voice said sincerely as I memorized it.

"Well the orphanage was full is I just told my dad that I will take her in, and some how he let me."

"Bella Alice" the host called us. "My name is Sally, right back here, we can get you to in at the same time."

We sat in two separate chairs right cruz each other, Alice was laughing, "Blonde, it suits you well." I looked at the Sally; she had spoken the words as Alice chimed her laugh.

"Blonde it is then " I smiled, she came back out with a bowl of thick white stuff. " Alice are you sure I will look good as a blonde." I hated to take my eyes off of her but Sally leaned my head into the basin.

" Oh yes you will looked fabulous." She then begins to talk to woman that would be cutting her hair. I knew where this would go, well honestly, I didn't, but I had to ask. "Alice, have you talked to Edward lately?"

The tone of her voice suspired me, "yeah I talked to him this morning, why do you ask." she was so calm with this, did she not hear my coração beating faster then she drives. Or the fact that I had to catch my breath when I thought of him. Who knows what would happen if I were ever able to see him again. "I want to see him but I don't think he wants to see me." I said after a minute, Sally had sat me upright and was now adding natural looking highlights.

"Well he doesn't know I'm seeing you today, and he doesn't know if your here or not," she said, I saw her face in the reflection, she looked like a porcelana doll, she has her hair cut about a inch shorter then it was now pressed flat to her face like a bob.

"I thought you saw him this morning, you must have been thinking of me right." My voice shot an octave while I was speaking.

"Bella, he has only been back with all of us for a ano or so, he's finally getting through your guys brake up, the last thing I wanted to do was over dose him, just to send him running again. "Oh lots of traveling then huh, how is every one else?" I said. I wanted to stop talking about him knowing that he was in pain for what he did had my stomach in knots.

"Good I suppose, Rosalie Esme and Carlisle are in Paris for the month, Emmett, Jasper Edward and I are here for a while, then we all we meet some where in Canada."

They are all here; it wasn't my imagination. then that means Jacob lied to me. He knew they were all back he only told me about Alice and jasper. " Why was Jasper sending Alison flower?" I asked suddenly.

"Alison will grow up to amor red roses, Jasper just gave her a bit of a push. Did you like my frutas basket?" She laughed.

"Yeah it was beautiful. I didn't eat it though I left it in the cafeteria, my employees enjoyed it."

Alice scoffed; Sally wrapped a towel around my head and moved me to sit por Alice, who was well done with her hair. The woman that did Alice's hair began to blow dry mine.

Alice kept silent, allowing my mind to wonder about the days I thought I was going crazy. Maybe I really did hear Edward's voice that dia after the mall. He really was there asking me what I was doing. And Emmett he came back to see me as well. How so very strange.

"I had fun Bella, we have to do this very soon, with the whole family, like Thursday night soon," her face froze checking the date. She nodded and hugged me close.

"Love you Alice see you Thursday night." She kissed my cheek.

"Bring Alison," she said getting into her yellow Farri. She waved out thought the tinted windows and speed off.

I got into my car and through my review mirror, I saw Kevin going to a loan office. He must be doing something for his bar. I quickly pulled out and head towards Forks, I stopped at my house seeing how if I was 15 minutos late it really wouldn't make a difference, I changed cloths and throw the Alice imbedded cloths in the wash. I adjusted my hair to a few different angles trying to decide what I'll like more. I got into the car, I began to back out when I nearly hit a tree, in my back assento sat Bella Cullen, in the same cloths I had just threw in the wash. She had golden eyes and brown hair. She didn't look too happy.

"Bella we need to talk."
