Is stephenie Mayer's other book "the host" like the Twilight books or whats it like?

ok its much mais different but they both are unique twilight is about vampiros an the host is sbout aliens taking over the earth an controllin human bodies but one alien callled wanderer enters her host an the host is still aware of what is goin an wanderer starts to feel what the host feels an starts to fall in amor with the host,melanie's boyfriend but to get to him she must find him an she may not b accepted easily.there romance 2!!enjoy it starts borin but gets bettr

its really diffrenet my whole family have read it and its way different its about a ghost.

It isn't too much like the twilight books. It's about an alien race and they use humans as hosts. In my opinion it's better written, grammatically that is.
