Yes, it's true. Both of them are very good novels. I really hate when people started to compare them, cause they're good in their own ways.

Harry Potter has mais adventure fantasies, while Twilight has mais romance.

I really don't understand why some of people always say that Twilight is better than HP or Vice versa. They were written from a different author, different storylines, different perspective, etc.

And, yes you should read this since both of them are two of the most influential modern novels

I recommend you to read the Harry Potter series, though, they aren't alike as Twilight. I amor them both and Harry Potter is AWESOME!!!! BTW: after you are done leitura the books, watch the movies!! ^_^

The harry Potter series isn't as good as the Twilight Series. But, to be honest, they aren't that bad. But, the thing with the Harry Potter Books is that they take a while to get to the point, the action, the good parts. Where twilight, it's action,the point, and the good parts the whole way through. but, in truth the harry Potter series is a good read.

Well I have Harry Potter and the Philosopher`s stone when I was twelve- since then,until 3 months atrás for me there was nothing comparable to HP-there was the Twilight saga too! I should say that leitura HP is a must-there is not so much love,as in Twilight, but there is that magical world there. And you feel like sucked into a whirlpool of magic and fantasy-it`s incredible. You should go for it! :)

it all depends on what kind of books you like because i know people who amor twilight but don't like harry potter and the other way around. so if you read the first harry potter and you liked it i would ready the seguinte one and just go on like that if you like the books but if you don't then just stop. hope this helped

If you like action and adventure, then you should definetly read Harry Potter. If you like romance, stick with Twilight. All in all, I think Harry Potter is way better. It's way better written.

I read both. I amor both. But I think that HP is mais fantastic...I mean, Rowlings created a whole magic world with every little detail, and Meyer just put a amor story in our world but with some fiction characters. For me, that English is not my former language, HP taugh me a lot of new words. TL language was really easier to understand. You should read them :)
