	housefrk picked Absolutely: Be honest with yourself. It's a question I've been thinking a lot about lately, because it's one of the ways I judge a couple's awesome-ness, for lack of a better term. In my top ten, I think six of them definitely would, I'm not sure about two of them, I think one of them definitely wouldn't, and one of them, I think he would die for her, but I'm not positive if she would die for him. My number one couple is one of the ones that def would though. For the record, I love all the couples in the above pick, regardless of what option they're paired with :) posted over a year ago. last edited over a year ago

His intensions probs wouldn't be purely selfless, because he does have some rather self-destructive tendencies, but I think he'd do it all the same. My query is actually whether Cuddy would die for House. I mean, she's practically committed career suicide for him a couple times, but now she's got Rachel and all, so I'm not sure. posted over a year ago.

When he thought she didn't love him anymore, he said he didn't care if he lived or died, so I'm thinking Chuck would think a life without her isn't a life worth living. So he would die for her.
