Hi all you tartaruga fans! I have composed a list for living the tartaruga life- relaxed, chilled out, and somewhat green!

1. Enjoy nature. Turtles are usually pictured in water, but that doesn't mean you just stay in water. Appreciate all nature!

2. Relax a little! Turtles are relaxed, stress-free creatures. If you have a test to study for, take a walk and chill out before studying.

3. Eat 'turtle food'. I don't mean, go buy yourself a packet of tartaruga food, just eat nuts, cheese, generally healthy stuff. You can have a couple of lollies, just not too many.

4. Dress casually and comfortably. Here's where you incorporate yourself into this lifestyle. You don't have to wear green, you can wear all colours. Stay comfy, too!

5. Be the mediator. Don't hold grudges. Don't fight with anyone. Simply, be totally zen. No one will be able to get through to to, like you have a 'shell'.

6. Be open minded. Listen to a variety of music, and it is okay to dislike some stuff. Read lots, and be very optimistic. This doesn't mean peppy, just relaxed.

And there you have it!
