Beeeeeeep...The line ended and I sighed.i’m not going back to the old ball room ever again!I decided.I was already dressed up so I took my backpack to leave for school.I realized mom was staring at me,wide eyed. “What’s wrong,honey?”she demanded. “Um...nothing really,mom.I gotta go I...I’m kinda getting late”,I muttered and started off for school making my way out the door. . - - - - - - I felt sick after school.Just the thought of going back to the auditorium made me feel dizzy.I had practice there.The ancient auditorium ended up to be the venue of practice!Ugh!I always go there with Matt,my best friend. I thought of the last time I’ve been there.If seen,from a normal teenage perspective,then anyone could belive that something was haunting that spooky place.You must think that I’m psycho freak huh?But I’m telling you,I’m not.Here’s what happened... There was a tour to the old ball room(an excavation tour)a few days ago.We freshmans were divided into a few little groups so I wanted to be counted in with my pals.I’m normally a cheerful and interesting teenage girl who’s just turned 15 this month. Megan ran out to get away cuz she had to go pee!So,that’s when it all started.We were told to see the team excavate the place.The ball room was no ordinary room.It was like a huge mansion with royal glass coverings all around and big chandeleurs hanging down from all over the topo, início of it! . We were divided into groups of three to go round the whole place. “Awesome!”,Matt exclaimed,taking pictures of some oil paintings on the mural with his pro-cam. “Dude,shut it!”I kicked his leg. Then Megan came running in.But her bad luck ,she fell down flat on a narrow staircase. “Ouch!I triipped and...my butt hurts!”,she said, rubbing her butt! I suddenly asked Matt”here the heck are we?”,and started shaking him. “Wow,we’ve been walking and walking and walking and...”he started but I punched his shoulder and made him stop. Then the weirdest thing happened.As soon as Megan got up from the stairway.it started shaking and she ran away from it,screaming. . - - - - - I kept staring inside when I heard Matt from behind me. “See something?”,he yelled. “Nope.Just filthy,ratty,old smell.Ew!”,I yelled back. I was the one to go at front of the hole that was leading to the staircase down the upper staircase.What a cool tecchnology!I wondered where the control switches were. I pushed the big bold piece of lixo when I was picking Megan up when she fell down the segundo time after getting scared but that was when the stairs rolled away to reveal this secret passageway in front of which I was standing right now... “Wow!This place is a hidden dungeon!”,I yelled at my pals. “Yeah.Let’s check it out shall we?”,Matt asked. “Owww!”I moaned. “What?”,Matt asked. “Someone hit me hard!”,I complained.It was from the back so it was stupid to think it was Megan or Matt who hit me.Who was it then?We were the only ones to be there in that room.That was what creeped me out. . - - - - - Anyways,as I entered the ball room for the drama practice where the others were waiting for us,I had the strangest feeling.I felt something.I mean,I always feel something because I see the future.I’ve got this strange sobrenatural power. We were rehearsing when suddenly my scripts flew aways towards the corner of the stage.I ran to pick them up .But when I picked them up ,and read them one thing caught my eye.In realized that they were not my dramascripts.They were a few scripts scrambled with words that looked like song lyrics.I read them and they seemed like amor songs.Songs,that seemed different from songs of our time,kinda ancient type... I quickly walked back to Matt to show him what i’d found but then it flew away again and dropped down on at the same corner.This time it scared me. I didn’t go near it.I turned around to make a run for where I came from but then someone gripped me wrist so tight that I clashed backwards and alm ost fell down.The pull was bolting.I turned back and found nobody but still felt the grip around my wrist,it was getting tighter.My throat went dry and then I finally managed to choke out a few words. “Who is it??Who-are-you?!What do you want from me?”,I whispered weakly. “I’m Kevin.I don’t want anything from you.I just warned you not to touch the forbidden scripts.”,to my surprise,I was hearing a boy’s voice.This must be a joke!It has to be a joke! “Huh?What forbidden scripts?What are you talking about?WHERE THE HECK ARE YOU?Or am I just imagining you??”,I asked the invisible creature. “It’s a long story.And I’m por your side,Kat.You’re not imagining me or anything”,the beautiful voice sounded to be right por my side,whispering in my ear. “Whoa!Stay away!!Shoo!”,I yelled,jumpimg away.Then as I moved around,I could do nothing but stare as I saw the owner of the voice,slowly appearing as if from the middle of nowhere in hell!He seemed like a teeenage boy,with dark black hair and beautiful greenish eyes,he was starig back at me.He was a perfection with pale skin tone,and he was wearing a kinda old fashioned royal type tuxedo.And of course looking so attractive that I got dazed! “Uh........how do you know me,my name?”,I asked. “I know all about you.”,he smiled at me. “What are you??”,I asked stupidly. “Any fool could tell that ‘a ghost’”,he laughed. “Yiiiiiiiikeeeeessssssssss!!!”,I yelled and prepared to make a run,but he didn’t let go. “Hey! Let me go!”I yelled at his face. “No,pleasestay.I’m not gonna hurt you.Listen,please,I saw you the other and and sorry for hitting you I uh..well...I well...”,he trailed off blushing. “You waht?!”I demanded.He was staring right into my eyes and holding my hand softly. “I like you”,he said shyly,turning redder. “Sorry to burst your bubble.But let me break it to you loud and clear:I DO NOT LIKE GHOSTS OR STUFF LIKE THAT!!”I yelled pulling my hand trying to free it. “Okay,I promise not to hurt you.But please don’t hate me”,he begged. I was silent for a few segundos then I opened my mouth to speak. “Well,I guess I’ll stay if you’re not a bad or evil ghost”,I said,raising one eyebrow at him and smiling a crooked, evil smile.
