Ok, this is how it works:
First, you answer or do the previous person's question/dare.
Then, you ask a question/dare depending on what the previous person has said.
Then, you say either Truth or Dare (nothing too daring though. And it has to be Hunger Games related). This is what you want the next person's question to be.
