When do you think Katniss fell in amor with Peeta? And when do you think she KNEW she was in love?
I think she fell in amor with him...or we could see that she was in love...was when she screamed his name in the tree. The only time I knew that Katniss knew that she loved Peeta was when, in the arena in Catching Fire, when she realizes that the only person who would be totally and completely devastated if Peeta died, was HER. Although, I think she knew she loved him sometime before that. But that's when it really hit me. Like, oh. KATNISS IS IN amor WITH PEETA!!!
Katniss fell in amor with Peeta in the first book, in the flashback of when Katniss was younger, when he gives her the pão and she wonders about why he did that. In the segundo book, Catching Fire, after she is rescued por Haymitch with Finnick and was devastated when she heard Peeta was captured por the capital, is when I think she realized she loved him.
I think she started falling for him in the cave when they talked about the bread. I think it was confirmed for her in a big way when they majorly made out on the de praia, praia but honestly i don't think she LET herself be in amor with him until the very end.
I don't think Katniss worked herself out until when he left her on the train. In my opinion, Suzanne Collins wrote it so it would progress over the trilogy, she did truly amor him in Catching fogo but mais so in Mockingjay.
