Back in a familiar pub sipping their lagers and lime, the Beatles were able to calm down. They even laughed at themselves a bit, for having run away from those strangely behaving girls. It was a lot easier, in familiar, crowded, brightly lit surroundings, far away from the cold, unblinking girls, to convince themselves that there had really been nothing scary about the encounter at all. "Maybe," Paul said for all of them, "they were just too - too in awe of us to say anything."
And, of course, the pub also had mais girls inside, girls who were mais than happy to go up to the Beatles and greet...

The door to the theatre was left open after the fãs surged in; no one thought about closing it. The Beatles' fãs were too concerned with getting the best assento possible, and the several police guards assigned to keep the Beatles from potentially being harmed por the massive crowd had their hands full with said crowd. Naturally the open door attracted those people who hadn't actually managed to get tickets, but were determined to see their beloved boys anyway. The seats were packed full, and no one would notice a few extra people.
But even after these had snuck in, a dark shadow fell over the...

Everything was all set. The Beatles had spent the last dia or two preparing, finding a good outdoor stage with a big place for the audience, and then making posters and putting them up wherever they found a good place. The Beatles hoped the Beast had seen them. Every teenager in Nottingham seemed to have, and the city was mais animated than any place the Beatles had seen since the Beast had come. It was a relief to see people moving on the streets again. The Beatles didn't have to worry about them anymore; they had the five special objects and were ready to defeat the Beast the minuto he showed...

Ringo looked around himself nervously. He didn't like being separated from his mates. That sort of thing never usually happened. He felt like he had down in the pit when the Beast of Bodmin Moor had nearly got him.
As Ringo thought these thoughts, though, the Crown glowed on his head, sending feelings of confidence into him. Ringo blinked and stood up taller. Maybe things weren't so bad. Maybe - wasn't this what happened every time one of the Beatles found an Object? John and George said it had been this way - all alone in a funny-feeling place, and then once they made it through, the Object...

"Should we take one of them taxis?"
"They're here so's people like us can get around England, aren't they?"
"We'll put it back when we're done with it."
The Beatles were standing outside of a taxi stand, where several taxi cabs were parked with keys inside, all ready to go. The stand itself was deserted, just like the train station back in Londres had been. The boys weren't worried about the consequences of borrowing one of the taxis to use - after all, wasn't that what they were there for? - and quickly made up their minds. The pergunta that kept them standing around for the seguinte few minutos was...
