I chose disagree because I love her and I think she's a hella interesting character, but tbh I do think she tends to be a little overrated, especially on Tumblr.

I can see why you'd think she's interesting. I think tumblr simply got my expectations up so high I ended up being disappointed if that makes sense.

I love her so much, she's my third favorite character. <333

^^ Yeah, Tumblr's done that to me before on multiple occasions, so I definitely understand where you're coming from. :p

I immediately didn't trust her in season two (with good reason), but they dove into the Grounder life in Polis in season 3 and showed more of non-Commander Lexa and I came to an understanding.
I hella respect her and everything, and she isn't one of my favorites, but she is a great character who deserved far more than what she got.

I think that she is highly overrated.

She's cool, but the fans worship her too much since they're desperate for lesbian representation (don't blame them there). The way they talk about her, you would think this show is The Lexa Show and she's the main character.

It's so annoying how Tumblr hypes certain things up though. I've had Tumblr fandom ruin several things I love, just because they were so overly-obsessed.

She was just meh....

I had also been exposed to the tip of the internet's Clexa-worshipping iceberg, and... well... I was underwhelmed, disappointed, and kind of confused as to why she was such a BFD. I was tempted to watch it again just to see if I missed something - but judging by these comments, I guess I didn't. Good job, fangirls! =P
