Demi Lovato Says Being A Role Model Isn’t A Burden
Demi Lovato revealed during an interview that she feels like she has a responsibility to her fãs to be a role model, but that she doesn’t feel like the job is a burden. Demi wants to be there for her fãs as much as she can, even on days that might not be going great for her. She also gives the conselhos to “Fake It ‘Til You Make It” when it comes to getting help if you need it. Even if you might not want help, Demi says to pretend that you do until you really understand why you need the help and you start to really want it. Listen to Demi’s conselhos below.
[I need] someone who’s not only supportive in my career, but also in my recovery. It’s a big responsibility dating me because I come with a little bit of baggage, you know? I’m completely open. I’m honest about the journey I’ve been on, so I definitely don’t take dating lightly anymore.
