Star's POV
We unboarded the bus and walked the rest of the way to the mall, which was exactly one block. We kept talking. I said, "Hey. Do you want to hear a bad joke?"

"Sure. I amor bad jokes", he said sarcastically.

I chuckled. "Ok. So what's the only flor who doesn't get any sleep at night?"

"I don't know. What?" He sounded mais interested.

"The daisy." He looked at me for a few minutes. Just staring at me, not saying anything. I wondered what he was staring at. I instantly thought I had some of my protein bar in my teeth. We stopped walking due to a red light. Why is he still staring at me, I thought.

Noah's POV
I don't how, but I was suddenly in a trance. I just stared at her. I couldn't help it. She was just so, dare I say, pretty. She probably thought I was staring at her because she had something in her teeth. She didn't though. Finally, I said, "That's a really bad joke." She nodded. I added, "You don't have anything in your teeth, por the way."

She smiled. "Good."

We continued walking until we reached the mall entrance. I opened one of the double doors and said, "After you."

"Thanks", she said. She walked inside with me right behind her. The mall smelled of, well, a variety of things. Perfume, cologne, soft pretzels, popcorn, mais movie theater related snacks, and...chlorine? "Gotta amor that 'mall in the summer time' smell", she said.

I laughed. We began to walk around, looking for a place to hang out. We selected the comida court. We sat at an empty table. She was looking at my book. I said, "Wanna borrow it?" I was gesturing my book.

She said, "Can I?" I nodded and handed her my book. She flipped through the pages. "Is it good?"

"I read it five times." She looked at me with wide eyes. "I really liked it. You probably would too."

"Thanks." She then asked me, "Are you hungry?"

I nodded. "Are you?" She nodded. "Let's get something to eat. What would you like?"

She looked at her choices of fast comida restaurants. "Whatever you pick."

I thought. "How about Poutine?"

"Never heard of it, but I'll try it." We got on line. Once we purchased our food, we went back to our table. When we finished eating, she suggested we'd go to a música store. "There's something I want you to hear", she said as she dragged me to Axe. The música store was filled with mostly teenagers. We got into an empty música booth. The capacity of the booth made it hard to move. She reached over me a typed something in the small computer. She told me to grab the headphones. When I did, I heard the most amazing voice ever. I removed the headphones. "What do think", she asked me.

"That's prodigious! Is that you?"

She laughed. "I wish. That's Melissa, my sister."

"Oh." I put the headpphones back on my head just to get another good listen to Melissa's song. After it was done, we got out of the música booth. As soon as we left Axe, I heard a bunch of female adolescents scream, "Look girls, it's Noah!" They started running toward estrela and I.

Star's POV
We left Axe and stood there outside the música store. I looked around and started off to say, "Well, where do you wanna-"

"Run!" He started running and I followed. As we were running, I looked back at what we were running from. It was a bunch of girls carrying 'I amor Noah!' signs. Before I could turn back around to see where I was going, he pulled me into a fotografia booth. From outside the curtain I heard, "Hey, where'd he go?" Then they left. Noah was breathing heavily when he poked his head outside the booth to make sure they were gone. I asked him, "Are you okay?"

He turned towards me, still panting heavily. "I'm fine."

"Who were those girls?"

"They're from my fã club."

"Since when do you have a fã club?"

"Since I was in Total Drama Island."

"Oh yeah. I saw you on that show." He just nodded. Honestly, he looked like he was about to pass out. "Are you sure you're okay?"

This time, he shook his head. "Do you mind taking me home?" I actually said yes. I don't know why, but I was actually excited to take him home. Of course, I knew we just had to take the bus. When we got to the bus stop, the bus came immediately. We boarded the bus.

Noah's POV
When we boarded the bus, we sat together again. She kept looking at me with a worried face expression. "I'll be fine", I reassured. "I just need to get home." She nodded, though she kept looking at me with that worried facial expression. When we got to my stop, we unboarded the bus. I told her where to walk to get to my house. It was getting pretty dark. It must've been around 6:30 at night. I never noticed the time go by. When we arrived at my house, estrela knocked on the front door. I wanted whoever was about to open that front door to take their time. To not be so hesitant to answer the door. I wanted to spend another few minutos with her. Another hour. Another day. I wanted to start that whole dia over again. I wanted everything than to be here with her at my front door. It seemed like hours before my mom answered the door, though it was only five minutes.

"Hello", said my mom.

"Hi", estrela said. "Sorry to come to your house at this hour, mam."

"It's fine, I wasn't doing anything anyway. Who are you?"

"I'm a friend of Noah's." My mom looked at me. She looked into my eyes. I could tell she knew something was wrong.

"What happened?"

"Well, Noah was being chased-"

"By who?"

"These fã girls and when they stopped chasing him, I noticed he was breathing heavy. Being concerned about him, I decided to bring him home. So, here I am."

My mom pulled me inside the house. "Thank you."

"Your welcome. Hope you feel better, No-" My mom shut the door.

She asked me, "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine, Mom." I removed from her grip and went to my room. I looked out the window and saw estrela board the bus. I thought to myself, I just need another dia with her. Just one mais day...........
