well,its friday night,and,i was as nevse as hell.
but,i knew i had to go throw with it.
"okay,you can do this,"i told myself.
courtney was waiting.
she had on blue dress camisa and whit pants. she looked so hot.
"ready?" she asked.
"yeah,"i said. we went off.

suzies POV
i was starring out the window,then i saw duncan and courtney.
"WHAT?"i screamed "im not letting this happened."i got my cellphone,and called the guy i knew would od anything for me.

dianas POV

i called courtney to see what was up.
"hey," i sadi.
"hi."
"whats up."
"im taking duncan to a restraunt.not a date."
"okay,bye."
"bye."
i hung up. i called someone i knew would go with me.

It was a cold evening,and courtney was spending night at duncans.they flipped through channels,but nothing good was on.

"forget it," courtney said."nothings on."

"ok," duncan saiud,and he turned off the tv.


nothing but silence.

And during the silence,Courtney had a flash back....

"sweetheart,"her father said."come here please."

Courtney approached her mom and dad.

"what is it,father?"

"well,"her father began. "We know you have a boyfriend,and we respect that.But,we,dont particularly like they guy you chose."

Courtney didnt say anything

"so..i think,i mean, we think that you should,you know,look for a new guy.

Courtney didnt say anything for a bit,but then she spoke.

"mom,dad.are you suggesting that i dump dunca for a new guy?" she asked.

her father nodded.

no, she thought I wont!you cant make me! but she knew she couldn't say that to her parents.

"ok," she said,and went up to her room.


She didnt know what to do.

"duncan,i need you to watch the kids tonight."courtnry said,walking in the kitchen.

"why?where are you going?"

"im going to a club with samie,jojo,gwen,bridgette and betty."

"well,why cant i get a babysitter and i go too?"

"i dont trust babysitters."

"well,we cant your parents do it?"

"there out of town.and yours?"

"there out of town,too."

"well,your staying here."

"well,i can someone else to do it!"

courtney kissed the kids good bye,and left.

"its not fair,"duncan said to himself."i should get to have some fun,too."

"daddy,who are you tawking too?" aqua sked

"no one,sweetheart."

then,duncan thought.

"ill get ashlee to do it!"

"order in the court."


"courtney,are you sure this is gonna work?"

"positive."

"any words to support duncan Alberman from is lawyer?"

"i do,your honor. I know Duncan is innocent because he did not hold the gun while the police came,saying he would shoot,now did he officer?"

"why no,the gun was on the ground,closer to jack steroe than to duncan Albertman."

"you honor," spoke the lawyer of Jack."ill have you know that duncan throw the gun toward jack."

"oh,were you there?" courtney asked.

"no."

"then i suggest yo shut up."

"order!order! officer,do you have any evidence at the scene of the crime?"

"yes,i do your honor.I found the gumn used por duncan albertman."

"BUT I DIDNT USE IT!"

"order! go on,officer."

"it says here that this gun belongs to jack steroe.Which proves that duncan albertman is innocent."

"HA! I TOLD YOU,SUCKERS!"

"order!order! jack steroe."

"your honor?"

"you are sent to 1 ano in prison."

he took the gone out of the officers hand.

"NOBODY MOVE!"

"no one move!"

"what are you going to do with it?"

"shoot you if you dont be quiet!"

"hey!i dont talk to my wife like that!"

"watch me!"

"i did.and ive seen enough!"

"well,what are you gonna do about it?"

"this!" duncan pulled out the gun that was in his pocket all along.

"duncan!"courtney shrieked."what are you doing?"

"protecting you!"

"duncan!youll hurt yourself!"

"i dont care!as long as your safe!"

the gun fired.

"duncan!"

courtney pushed duncan to the grond,=and the bullet went through the wall."

"oh my god!" duncan screamed."you saved me!"

"i told you could get hurt!and you can thank me later. we can go through the hole in the wall!"

"ok" the couple left the court.
