I agree with 1treehillfan and alyssa_619kenny, he's ment to be smarter than anyone his age, or anyone older than him. he made a shrinking ship and flew through peter. he made a virtual reality machine. if he could do those and not talk then it would be just stupid. Plus like super_hiro said there's that line in season six. That shows he's one and that the creaters, writers, and producers admit that they've never made stewie age and never will.
