I finished the whole game 100% 13 times, so... yeah.
Very easy boss, the Super Sonic bit was a tad off, though, not fast enough for my likings. The rest of the dia stages were cool, though. My fav is Holoskia Cool Edge dia Stage

Took me a dia to beat whole game first time of 100%, meaning all secret items, bonus levels, all S Rank, etc.
Fastest it take me to beat of whole game now: 3 hours and 1/2. Again, this is with of: 100%.
Fourth most easy of Sonic games. X3 First is of: Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood. Second: Sonic Rush. Third: Sonic Rush Adventure.
