PowerRouge here with some mais news on the Sonic Franchise and Fandom with news of a new Sonic game to be announced mid-February!
The game's título is yet to be released but I have news on gameplay! The game will start with Sonic being the only playable character, and as you progress through the TWENTY different stages (not including boss stages), you unlock mais playable characters, kinda like Sonic Adventure. (No new characters). Some characters will be able to complete certain levels easily while others will have trouble or can't complete it at all. For example: Sonic and Shadow can't climb walls so if you play as Tails or Knuckles, you can either fly or climb your way up.
The stages you play depend on how you reach the goal ring, however you still play the same final boss no matter which path you take. (Dont worry, it's not like Shadow the Hedgehog).
It will be released on all current gen consoles, including the Wii U and nintendo 3DS. There are also rumours of it being one of the first games on the seguinte Gen consoles, PlayStation 4 and Xbox 720, both to be released later this year.
When I find out the name of this mysterious new Sonic game, I'll rush and post it on here unbelievably quick! If anyone knows, write in the comments.

PowerRouge No bullshit here! I have been to several gaming websites and have seen the exact same information on the new Sonic game! Well, believe what you want to believe, you'll all see mid February!

PowerRouge I have also heard rumours that its Sonic Heroes 2. I doubt it though...
