sexo e sexualidade Pergunta

Hi, this is gonna sound totally weird but it's something I have to tell. Alright, when I was in the 7th grade, my friend told me that she knew someone who was pregnant.

At first I didn't believe her, but then I realized it was true! And then a ano later I find out from my other friend that a friend of her friend just had a baby girl. OK, I find this very disturbing because I knew girls my age were doing things like making out and stuff, but I never really figured that girls my age would get pregnant at 13? What do you think?

You would be surprised how many very young girls get pregnant every day. I knew of at least two when I was in 7th/8th grade. My mom works for a local doctors office and though it's not a regular occurrence, there was a twelve ano old who came for prenatal care there. It happens!

Yeah, once you have had your first period, you can get pregnant.

And in case anyone's wondering, no, I don't know that from personal experience. I learned a little thing called sex education.

Is it bad that you told? Is that what you asked? No. You did not give names or give away anything & if you needed to talk about this and how this made you feel - as long as there are no names or anything, it is not bad in my opinion.

Giving birth at 17 isn't something I'd congratulate.

I agree sapherequeen. Even though it might not be something you are happy about at first, a baby born is something to be glad about, even at seventeen.

That's happend to me. When I was in ano 7 (I would have been 11) I had a little group of friends and one of them, Kaycee, was looking sad one day. We asked what was wrong and she didn't tell us. We pushed it and she eventually told us that her uncle had been raping her and she was pregnant.

We were all shocked. It took a while to sink in. Kaycee was being taken to the inclusion centre alot to talk with the school counciler. After a while I began to suspect her. She didn't have a baby bump at all. But I thought "Late I suppose."

But five months later, she still didn't have a bump and I didn't believe her. All of my other friend's believed me too. Kaycee was branded as a liar and she started going round with another group of girls. One time they cornered me in the playground and said I was mean and stupid and they beat me.

It's been two years since that happend and I'm thirteen now. We've never mentioned it. Kaycee still lies. I've tried to talk the truth out of her. But I just get shushed. After all that. I don't know what to believe.

I only seen him once.Even a couple of guys from my 5th period class asked him was he the baby's daddy. How stupid can you be to get pregnant at 13?

There's a girl in my year, who's 13 or 14, and she's pregnant. Kind of weird, isn't it? And her boyfriend was 15 and he has anger problems. What a lucky kid.

You don't need to be on your period to get pregnant. Haven't you heard of the youngest mother in history she wa 5 years old. I doubt she had her period before.

I know a six ano old that started her period, and you do need to start your period to get pregnant , period=eggs....eggs=babies...

I am not shocked no.

Growing up and Consequences - part of it~ you will find MANY mais things, maybe equally or mais shocking, sad, or disturbing.

There was someone in my school too at that age and they had to drop out. That is hard & tough. Their youth & growing up experiences are suddenly cut short and they now have a big responsibilty and have to grow up fast. Usually it falls on the grandparents and the girl is usually left without muchif any support from the father - not to mention the innocent Baby. It isn't very fair no - just for a moment of indiscretion! It is life altering and so much mais to think about. It in no way is shocking because there are early-bloomers and later bloomers when hormones kick in. I also did not ever think I woud be the FIRST out of my girlfriends to be deflowered! It happens.

..sometimes -sadly, without the girls consent. :(

I DO want a baby/babies, and I am at that age in my life of family- but I ALSO believe in marriage first and I do not believe in entrapment either or not using condoms for safer sex. I believe in birth control too & planning, but stuff happens~ I know.

and what about the guy that gets them pregnant? I think the girl IS the one who will suffer with the weight of responsibilty -even moreso than the guy, so maybe the guy needs TOO?
