i want a cox spinoff it would be a continuation of the show with eveyone diffrent exept cox new interns and evything

I love Scrubs but it wouldn't be the same unless they were all in it. I don't really like spin off's. They never seem as funny.

frasier was the only ever succesful spin off. the chances are it won't be as funny. also i think it should be bout someone minor if there was a spin-off

It could only work if it had all the characters in and then it wouldn't be a spin-off. Also I think it would partially ruin the memory of how great Scrubs is, I always kind off think of Joey when I think of Friends and Joey sucked!

yes there shoud be one about the Janitor and all the B-team - that would be interesting - could see that being an interesting show but it wouldn't last more than a season.

I would really want a spin off showing Dr Cox's intern life and how he proggresed or see Sammy follow his father's footsteps
