"I've been walking down the carpet, seeing the artists, seeing people I've grown up listening to. It's really cool for me. It wasn't a ano ago, I was an average Joe. American Idol has changed my life. This is insane."
With the likely boost in sales for the Clear as dia album after Wednesday's performance Scotty's probably only a week or two away from seeing his debut album go gold. "We're hoping to shoot for there," he says. "It's been cool to see the response the fãs have given me."
