The reason it was cut was because after Quinn said "I want somebody to love me," she was going to go to Sam. Once she arrived, she was going to kiss him and after, he was going to reject her and say he had feelings for someone else. He was also going to say that he was completely over her. It would have ended Fabrevans for good, so now we know that the writers aren't done with the couple! posted over a year ago.

Though I totally would like to see the kiss, I am glad they cut it. Because it does show that Fabrevans still has a chance!!
