Why Ron Weasley spot did not turns to Official spot?

Ron Weasley is a pending spot and it should be in Official spot. But he's best friend Harry and Hermonie are in the Official spot.

And who made this spot anyway?

I believe it's to do with how many fãs a spot has and how 'active' it is (frequently updated etc).

For a club to turn into an official one, it must have mais than 2000(i think) fãs and not only that but also the fãs must be active.I don't think this club is active, although i want it to be one.One alone cannot do this.There is a need of combined effort.Best way to do that is ask your frndz to help in doing so.I'll see whether i can or not!
