As a former retail employee, I know that the customer is not always right. I've had many customers who think they know everything, but they definitely do not. However, that does not mean that every customer is wrong. ;-)

I know this is not the correct answer but coming home from a day at work and leaving a load of drags for the poor morning shift and feeling like crap because of them I wish I could just go off on one one day...lol

I work with the public everyday and it's not that they are always wrong so much as there is always one person who lacks the ability to do math or assumes that I must be stealing her movie returns (I manage a video store). Honestly, why do people think I wait patiently for their movies to be returned, hide them in my office and then check them in fives days late only so I can argue with them? I want to know.

Although quite honestly, I think 99.9% of customers take advantage of the fact that they can abuse employees and be completely snotty/rude to them just because they are paying money for the service/whatever.

I work in retail and everyday I have to take a lot of crap from customers who think they have the right to be rude to you just because they are paying for whatever. They make the most ridiculous complaints just so they can take some advantage of the situation. I have been working in retail for 7 months and already twice people wanted to talk to my supervisor because they thought I was doing something wrong. It has happened to my co-workers as well. Both times I was right and the customers apoligised (HAHAHAHAHAHAH).
So yeah, customers aren´t always right and even if they are, they do NOT have the right to be rude. No one is perfect, god.
