As I said phoebe is the enthousiastic person who looks for adventures! she's stubborn-->when she takes a decision it's tooo hard to change her mind! and she's suspicious-->something really good sometimes! she can see the signs life shows her with one or other way..! she doesn't ignore anything which seems weird--> nothing she hasn't seen before and her heart says her that's somehting! She was totally the right person to find out the book of shadows! If she was piper i think she would just ignore it as an other usual book her grand-mother had..prue would realize what this is and she wouldn't have wanted to get into any kind of troubles..!
so phoebe the little adorable sister was the perfect sist to find out this
