anyway, i think losing her mom has had the most influence.. her entire childhood was filled with grief because of that.. remember in S1 where she was just running red lights on the anniversary of her mothers death.. she never really got over that and it just made all the other stuff extra bad

Omg how can ellie dying be worse than the person who brought her up dying. Peyton knew her for like 6 monthes tops. The only thing that even comes close to her mum dying is psycho derek and i think she experienced very different emotions over both of them (anger, grief etc).
