Fairy dust and ever dust

Hi, so I've been wondering. Where on earth can you get fairy dust here on main-land? Can you make it yourself?
What about ever dust? Can you find that on main land? Can you make it?

There is a way to make fairy dust for certain spells, but it's not the same dust as the one that makes you fly. The type you can make for spells is made of flor petals, water and glitter :) I'm not sure what ever dust is though.

oh I asked some time atrás what everdust is and I got the response that it's also a kind of fairy dust, excspt it helps you fly when you're an adlult. do you know where I can maybe find fairy dust, if i can?
