Yeh exactly it was like a two second thing because Peyton thought she was dieing - Brooke should have understood but IDK... i mean i would have....thats why i get so angry when people say "OMG Peyton went after Lucas TWICE!" and i'm like WTF is wrong with you she told Brooke she loved Lucas but WOULDNT go after him because she loved Brooke and wouldn't do that to her! Even when Brooke cut her out Peyton still tried to help Luke get back with Brooke - because she promised Brooke she wouldnt say anything! Where the hell is that going after Lucas!!!!!

i no i agree yeh in season one what peyton did was wrong but in season 3 no way and i think peyton did the rite thing by trying to help him get bback with her i mean most girls would of jus went for it straight away at least she waited for a while

it wasn't a romantic moment. she just wanted to say goodbye and thank-you I think. and she did it in a classy way. it wasn't like she asked the guy to make love to her, lol. the kiss was short and fueled from the love of a friend. peyton didn't even realize she was still in love with luke yet (not till 3.21).
