I think Gigi is out of line with everything she does, but I think Millie overreacted.

gigi is out of line and being selfish, but mouth could have put an end to it. I think Mouth secretly likes the attention but cant do anything because he is with millie. Remember, Gigi dumped him.

It will be interesting to see where he goes now, after he thinks he and millie are done. Gigi or millie? witness his girlfriend having sex with your friends ex (owen, brookes ex) or to gigi to yell at her but end up kissing her. Drama either way.

Millie could have talked it over with mouth but i can imagine she was fed up with fighting with a superhot ex gf of his. its her insecurities and before you have sex you dont know how it is. Maybe she wanted mouth to fight for her.
