After Luffy if there is anyone else who deserve's it the most then it IS Zoro. I belive it's just a matter of time until zoro get's this power. Maybe in Imple down he will get it. Besides he is trying to be the world's best swordsman. and for it he would sourghta need the haoushoku haki.

i thought he is blast away somewhere so it wun be impel down maybe on further place
there is a chance he may get it but i think he will get a mais normal haki but if i remember correctly, zoro scared the wee out of some pirates from saboady just por asking for directions and they nearly fainted so there is a chance he may obtain the haoushoku haki but who knows
yeah i think most of the straw hats will have the haki sanji already has it anyway evidenve:when we first meet sanji everyone says be carefull sanji is mad (thats his haki)
Well i think we have been seing zoro with haki the last 300 episodes , he just dosnt know.. i mean look at the episode he is fighting against mr 1 , he is talking about hearing the voice of iron,trees, and everything. He has the normal haki atleast , but i dont think he has the "third one"
It doesn't matter how strong his will may or may not be (because there's no denying that his will is strong). But, the fact is that you need to be BORN with it. But, I think that Luffy should be the only straw hat with that kind of haki. It's the thing that makes him fit to be a leader. It can be translated as King's/concurer's will after all. Though I'm sure that most of the other Straw Hats will get the other two types of Haki. Just not that one. Because to have that Haki makes you a leader. Plus, having that Haki makes Luffy special! :)
