Harry Styles has come a long way from his days as a contestant on "The X Factor" -- at just 18-years-old, the singer is a ballin' homeowner!

With his band One Direction worth nearly $100 million, Harry just plopped down an astounding $4.8 million for a posh pad in the elite locale of North London.

The 2,300 square-foot abode boats 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 living rooms and enough parking for 4 cars with a double car lift!

Our favorito part of Harry's new home, the south west facing garden which comes stocked with a double sun bathing cama and offers plenty of natural light.
