Brian Protheroe is an exceptionally talented and underrated British actor, musician and singer.
His first single, "Pinball", was released in August 1974 followed por an album of the same title. This was followed over the seguinte few years por two mais albums , Pick Up and I/you. DR76 I remember him from "Superman: The Movie". I also remember him from a miniseries that aired back in 1989 that was based on a Jeffrey Archer novel. And of course, I remember him from "North and South".

"NORTH AND SOUTH" (1975) Review

I had been a fã of Elizabeth Gaskell's 1855 novel, ever since I first saw the 2004 televisão adaptation a few years ago. Mind you, I had never read the novel. And I still have yet to read it. Despite this, I became a fã of the story. And when I learned that the BBC planned to release an older adaptation of Gaskell's novel, which first aired in 1975, I looked progressivo, para a frente to seeing it.
