They are not back together Nick said and quoted that he chose Miley to do the song with him because he was sick of everyone saying there was a feud between them so that was what before the storm was about. He is obviously happier with Selena because you can see that when he is around Miley he doesnt smile but when he is with Selena ther is always a smile on his face. Here are the fotografias to prove.

Definatley Selena! I agree, Nick just seems mais comfortable and happier with Selena. Where as with Miley he somewhat always looked awkward, like he didn't really want to be there. Also I think Miley is waay too crazy for Nick, he has strong morals and values just like Selena which makes them perfect for each other but Miley however has no morals judging por her recent actions eg. 20yr old boyfriend, erotic pics, mocking other people and talking alot of BS!
