I care for Michael Jackson cause he made me believe that you can do anything if you set your mind to it he has made me happy rather its his smile or música the song "Cry" i would always listen to when i felt down or sad but i would look up and keep my head to the sky. I know Michael tried to change the world and he couldnt do it por himself. He needes help im wanting to help the world so bad and hope that people will never forget the King Of Pop. The co-executors of Michael Jackson's estate think Discovery Channel did the right thing when they yanked a documentary from their UK schedule that was to feature a reenactment of MJ's autopsy.


A rep for John Branca and John McClain tells TMZ, "The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct decision in choosing to cancelar this exploitative program."

The co-executors went on to say they feel Michael's fãs played a large role in Discovery's decision, saying, "While Discovery cited legal proceedings and our request as the reasons for its decision, none of this would have happened had it not been for the incredible passion displayed por countless Michael Jackson fãs worldwide who knew they stood as one and that their voices could not be ignored."

As for any future plans to air the show, Branca and McClain said, "We are hopeful that this show will never run in any market in the future."

Michael and Caroline were walking together in the street.. Caroline started telling the whole story.

Caroline:"My boyfriend gave me a visit.. i asked to have jantar with me.. but he said that he was very.. busy.."

Dr. Conrad Murray won't just face the judge in his manslaughter case on Monday -- we're told an army of MJ fãs plans a little surprise of its own ... in the protest department.



A rep for Justice4MJ -- the fã group planning the demonstration -- tells TMZ that scores of Jackson fãs plan to attend ... and it's all going down on the freeway overpass near the L.A. courthouse.

We're told when the hearing ends ... the protesters plan to march from the courthouse -- then quickly dividido, dividir for the overpasses as Murray makes his exit. They will bid Dr. Murray adieu as he drives off -- probably not in the friendliest of ways.

But we're guessing the protest is the least of Dr. Murray's worries.

Michael's name has the exact letters to describe him. He had the sweetest voice for such a young child and the smoothest dance moves. We would have talent shows at our school or community recreation center, and there would always be a number of us who wanted to portray Michael and the Jackson five.

As he and we grew older we still enjoyed his sounds and performances. No one makes all perfect decisions in their lives. As with many a great artist he had some ups and downs. But through it all, his musical talents have been phenomenal genius.

The judge on Tuesday threw out two of the three claims AllGood Entertainment filed against the estate, AEG and Frank Dileo.

The suit claims Dileo, MJ's alleged former manager, made a deal with AllGood that Michael would perform at a Jackson Family show, concerto before doing any other gigs. por launching the Londres series of concerts, AllGood claims Jackson breached his deal and cost AllGood a bundle.

But a federal judge ruled AllGood's claim for fraud and tortious interference (i.e., intermeddling) was bogus. All that is left of the lawsuit is a breach of contract claim.

The estate claims Dileo never had authority to make a deal with AllGood.
