For those who listened to the song, "D.S.", it's supposed to be in reference to Michael's arch enemy, A.D.A., Tom Sneddon. Tom Sneddon has been wasting the taxpayer's money por way of his relentless pursuit of Michael hoping to find some kind dirt; as well, as getting the Arvizo family to lie on the stand at Michael's 2005 trial stating that he caused them mental and physical distress. In view of recent events, it was reported that he's been brought on charges of misconduct as result of his actions against the entertainer. This whole situation started when the first alleged victim, Jordie Chandler, accused Michael of sexual misconduct, and this was when Tom Sneddon first entered the picture hoping to get a conviction and send Michael to prison;however, that wasn't the case. His first attempt was thwarted when Michael, with help from his attorney, Johnny Cocharan, paid the Chandler family in an out-of-court settlement back in 1994, subsequent participating court-ordered strip procurar the mês before. This decision irritated Sneddon because it would've got him some recognition if Michael was sent to prison, but it never happened.

Now ten years later, another boy, who Michael befriended, accuses him of the same thing talk about deja vu. This time Tom is back on scene, feeling humiliated because he couldn't get a conviction for Michael, wants revenge for what happend ten earlier and this time he wasn't going fail, so conspires with the Arvizo family to bring the enemy once and for all. It's kind of sad that this man's hatred for Michael nuvem his judgement as an officer the the court; as well, as using a family, who had reputation for conning celebrities out of money for selfish gain. What was brought out in court was Tom Sneddon did a lot of traveling looking for witnesses who were allegedly assaulted por Michael, but none of them came progressivo, para a frente making Sneddon looking a stupid fool.

The witnesses who testified at the trial stated Michael never did anything questionable when they were in his presence. Also, segundo wife, Debbie Rowe, vouched him much to Sneddon's dismay making him the laughing stock in the state of California. Fellow attorney, Tom Messereau, saw the kind of person he was and the lengths he would go just to send Michael to prison, so he beat him at his game por way of exposing the Arivizo family in their lies when he crossed-examined them on the witness stand, and showing the jury; as well, as Judge Thomas Melville, what a despicable person he was. I had no idea he hated Michael that much as to great lengths to bring down Michael as result of a long-term vendetta against him por way of using his power and position over something that never happenend.
