Weeks have now gone por and things have pretty much been the normal work dia for michael and diane. And of course Beth is back to babysitting the girls, but she hasnt tried anything. She has in fact been quite friendly with Diane, which in a way worries Diane......

Diane arrives início to see Beth and the girls watching Tv. "Mommy!" they exclaim as they rush to give her a hug. "How are my girls?" Diane asked happily as she hugged them. "We're fine we had a good day." Lizzie said. "Well that's good to hear." Diane said. Just then Beth walked up to Diane with her bolsa in hand. "Hey Diane can i ask you something?" , "Um...sure whats up?" Diane replied. "Well i was wondering since we dont get to hang out often i was wondering if you'd like to go and have coffee together this weekend?" Beth Asked. Daine thought for a moment. "Um..sure why not." , "Okay well....meet me at starbucks on saturday lets say around 9:30?" Beth sugguested. "Okay...sounds good." Diane replied. With that Diane gave Beth her money for babysitting and she was out the door.

That Saturday...........
Diane waited at a mesa, tabela in starbucks for Beth to arrive. Diane looked at her phone to see that it was 9:25. "Where is she?" Diane thought to herself and she began to feel a little impatient. Just then Beth arived. "Whew!...sorry im late...traffic was crazy." Beth said as she put her things in the assento across from Diane. "Why dont we go get those coffee's?" Beth said. Her and Diane then headed up to the regestier where they each boughta large coffee and a muffin. After paying they headed back to their table. "So..random question...what's it like being married to the biggest superstar on the planet?" Beth asked with a mouthful of chocolate chip muffin. "Um...its kinda hard to describe since michael is so sweet and kind you would think he was just your average shy guy...to me he just seems like your average loving husband...im not saying he isnt a superstar....he's always going to be a superstar....like i said its a great feeling but its really hard to explain." Diane explained. "Well ...thats understandable....so are you worried when he hugs a fan? espeacially a female fan?", "No not really because i know they are only just a fã and most likely he'll never run into them again." Diane replied. "So you never worry about him cheating on you?" Beth asked. "No...Never, Michael would never cheat on me, we amor each other too much to even consider such a thing." Diane said in shock that Beth had just asked that question. "Hey im not saying he would, im just being a good friend and making sure everything between you and michael is okay...i wouldnt want you guys to divorce one another." Beth said as she reached across the mesa, tabela and placed her hand ontop of Diane's arm. Diane quickly moved her arm. "I got to go...Michael's probably wondering where im at right now." Diane said as she quickly grabbed her coffee and left.

About a week or so later things begin to get weirder and weirder. Beth begins to come over for jantar alot where she asks Diane and Michael about their relationship. From there things just get wierder.............

Michael arrived início that dia around 5, Diane was working late. As he set his stuff down he didnt see the girls in the living room watching tv like they always were when he arrived home. Also Beth was nowhere in sight "Lizzie...Abby." Michael called out. Just then Lizzie and Abby came running down the steps. "Daddy....somethings going on." Lizzie said. "Whats going on?" Michael asked. "Beth locked herself in the guestbedroom and has been in there all dia long." Lizzie replied. Michael then headed up to the guest room and knocked on the door. "Beth...are you okay?" Michael said putting his ear to the door. "I'm okay...im just not feeling well." Beth said Breathlessly. "You need me to take you home?" Michael asked. He heard the squeaking of her getting off the bed. "No...i took a nap so i should be able to drive início but thanks for the offer." Beth replied. "Okay well let me know if you need a ride if you change your mind." Michael said as he walked away from the door and back downstairs. "Well whats going on dad?" Lizzie asked as she stood at the bottom of the stairs. "It fine Beth just wasnt feeling well, she's going to be heading início here shortly." Michael said. Just then Beth came walking down the stairs, hair a mess and her clothes wrinkled. She then walked out the door without even getting paid or a single word..................

Yesterday, I was leitura a Michael Jackson's special edition, released last ano on the anniversary of his death.

The book has 70 pages, is very well written, tells all of his life story, talks about the creative process of all albuns, his personal life, lots of great pictures, some of them are rare, and the author didn't washed the dirty laundry, like accusing him or offend him.

But at the intro, he says that "Michael was accused of crimes that -now we know- never happened. He needed to die to prove he was alive -and innocent."

And it really makes sense. He spent the rest of his life trying to...

The producer/director of Michael Jackson's "This Is It" tour is scoffing at Katherine Jackson's wrongful death suit in which he's named as a defendant, because he had nothing to do with the drugs or treatment that caused the singer's death.

Kenny Ortega just filed legal docs -- obtained por TMZ -- asking the court to remove him as a defendant in Katherine's suit, claiming, "Kenneth Ortega is not alleged to be involved in the medical treatment or administration of drugs that allegedly caused Michael Jackson's death."

Ortega's lawyer adds ... Kenny never had a contract with Dr. Conrad Murray or with Michael Jackson, nor has he had any official affiliation with AEG.

Ortega's lawyer says, "The naming of Kenneth Ortega as a defendant in this action, without any basis, without any substantive charging allegations against him, is a gross error."
Michael Jackson's estate is asking a judge to do what Katherine Jackson can't -- kick Alejandra Jackson and her kids out of the Hayvenhurst estate for good.

TMZ has obtained legal docs in which the estate is asking the judge to remove Alejandra, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Genevieve, Donte and Randy Jr. from the estate ... on grounds they're not beneficiaries of Michael Jackson's will and have no claim to the property.

As TMZ first reported in November, Katherine Jackson told Alejandra and the kids -- fathered por both Jermaine and Randy -- not to return to the residence. Alejandra is refusing to mover herself, her kids, and her stuff out ... so the estate has gone to court.

As TMZ also previously reported, the house is scheduled to be renovated -- but sources tell us Alejandra is holding the remodel hostage por refusing to leave.

Once Discovery Channel announced that they would broadcast a reenactment of Michael Jackson's autopsy, his fãs and his estate were quick to offer their dissenting opinions.
But did it work?

MORE: Michael Jackson's estate slams "debased, sick" autopsy reenactment

Apparently so!

Co-executors of the MJ estate, John Branca and John McClain, released a statement about Discovery's decision NOT to air their special, Michael Jackson's Autopsy: What Really Killed Michael Jackson, this mês in Europe.

"The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct...

The co-executors of Michael Jackson's estate think Discovery Channel did the right thing when they yanked a documentary from their UK schedule that was to feature a reenactment of MJ's autopsy.

A rep for John Branca and John McClain tells TMZ, "The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct decision in choosing to cancelar this exploitative program."

The co-executors went on to say they feel Michael's fãs played a large role in Discovery's decision, saying, "While Discovery cited legal proceedings and our request as the reasons for its decision, none of this would have happened had it not been for the incredible passion displayed por countless Michael Jackson fãs worldwide who knew they stood as one and that their voices could not be ignored."

As for any future plans to air the show, Branca and McClain said, "We are hopeful that this show will never run in any market in the future."
TMZ has learned ... Michael Jackson's weakened state during various show, concerto tours throughout his life -- as well as preparations for the Londres concerts that never took place -- could become powerful evidence in the defense of Dr. Conrad Murray.

Sources connected with the criminal case tell TMZ ... there's "compelling evidence" that MJ was in weakened health whenever he went on tour. Specifically, people who went on various tours -- including the "Bad" and "Dangerous" concerts -- say Jackson was frequently "dehydrated, medicated, and sleep-deprived."

Just like with Dr. Murray, Jackson had a...

I come here today to speak to you about an extrodinary man.

I am talking of course about the late, the great,Michael Jackson.
He was a estrela at five yeas old and he lived a very tortured life because of his position.
And of course there was is music.

Show some respect por him. Let's say NO.
Show some respect by him. Let's say NO.
Discovery Channel will broadcast 13 January 2011 a documentary on events surrounding the death of the singer, Michael Jackson.

Based on the authopsy’s denunciar and court documents, the film will show a reproduction of the body of the estrela in every detail. The documentary aims to follow a doctor who will dissect the body and reveal the true reasons for his death por spreading rumors about his addiction or his skin condition.

Like any other human being on this earth, Michael Jackson is entitled to a minimum of decency and respect. Over the months, media accumulate abuse and act as low as before....

Certain items found in the room where Michael Jackson died could help shape Dr. Conrad Murray's defense -- namely, that other docs were medicating Michael.

Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... evidence in the room suggests certain potent drugs were "prescribed and prepared" for MJ to self-medicate.

As we first reported, Dr. Murray's team will not challenge the L.A. County Coroner's finding that Jackson died of a massive Propofol overdose. But as we told you, Murray's team will present evidence in the doc's manslaughter case that Michael awakened, then gave himself the fatal dose of Propofol when Murray left the room.

We're told Murray's team hasn't decided if it will use the evidence found in the room to implicate other doctors in Jackson's death. But we do know Murray's legal team will present evidence during the trial that the fruits of Jackson's notorious doctor shopping over two decades wore his body down.

The rep for Dr. Murray's lawyer refused comment.
The Michael Jackson estate has laid down the gauntlet por demanding that Katherine Jackson's business partner immediately stop exploiting MJ's image -- or else!!!

Howard Mann -- the guy who had been partnering with Katherine on numerous MJ ventures including her book "Never Can Say Goodbye" -- is now the target of a cease and desist letter ... obtained por TMZ.

The executors -- who until now have tolerated Mann's business ventures with Katherine -- have been pushed over the line and are demanding that Mann stop using MJ's image on banners to promote tonight's "Unveiling of the Jackson Secret...

You can get a pair of new gloves for like $20 -- or you could purchase one glove, once worn for Michael Jackson for six figures.

Julien's Auctions had their "Icons & Idols" auction Saturday night and a single luva worn por MJ during the "Bad" tour in the late 1980s went for a whopping $330,000. A fedora he wore on stage went for $72,000.

Other highlights included an x-ray of Albert Einstein's brain, which went for $38,750, and a pair of Marilyn Monroe's empty prescription bottles, which sold for $18,750.

The good people of Canada never had a chance to view the Michael Jackson documentary, "Gone Too Soon" -- and now the owners of the flick are declaring war on the distributor ... claiming he personally screwed the entire country.

TMZ obtained a lawsuit filed por Objective Films, LLC -- in which they claim they agreed to sell the French and Canadian distribution rights to a company headed por a guy named Pierre Turgeon for $100k back in 2009.

Objective says they got the first $50k -- but Turgeon flaked on the back half ... and then tried to back out of the deal altogether. Objective was able to get the flick distributed in France ... Canada wasn't so lucky.

Deep inside, he felt the laughter
The mirth and play of nature’s glee
Beauty, amor was all he’d see

He knew his power was the power of God
He was so sure, they considered him odd
This power of innocence, of compassion, of light
Threatened the priests and created a fight
In endless ways they sought to dismantle
This mysteroius force which they could not handle

In endless ways they tried to destroy
His simple trust, his boundless joy
His invincible armor was a shield of bliss
Nothing could touch it, no venom, no hiss

The child remained in a state of grace...

Not that we're trying to flatter ourselves, but don't people in Bahrain get TMZ?

AQ Business Consultants has filed a petition in the Michael Jackson Estate case, asking the judge for permission to belatedly file a creditor's claim, on grounds it didn't know there was a time in asking for money.

AQ claims it helped Michael refinance $320,000,000 in loans, for which it was entitled to a $3.2 million fee. AQ claims it's still owed $1.2 mil.

The deadline for filing a claim has passed, but AQ claims it didn't get proper notice.

Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Estate, tells TMZ, "I don't believe the claim has any merit but they're late in filing regardless."

But here's the thing ... TMZ is big in Bahrain, so what's the deal?
The first U. S. shipment of Michael Jackson's posthumous album, "Michael," will be 900,000 according to retail sources. Sony is projecting first-week CD sales of 340,000 and digital album sales of 60,000. Those numbers are similar to debut-week sales of Jackson's album "This Is It," though that album had the marketing strength of a major motion picuture behind it.

Second week projections for "Michael," are set at 280,000 units, while digital sales are expected to slip from its debut week percentage of 15% to 8%. However, both of those percentages are better than the digital sales garnered by...

Katherine Jackson has been bitterly complaining the Michael Jackson Estate is not giving her enough money, and now we know what she's done to supplement her income in a big way.

TMZ has obtained a contract Katherine signed with Vintage Pop Media (VPM), the company that owns tens of thousands of photos, vídeos and other MJ items. Under the deal -- which is not sanctioned por the MJ Estate -- Katherine agreed to participate in the production of "The Katherine Jackson Story," some sort of MJ documentary set to music. Katherine also agreed to pen the book that was just...
