LOS ANGELES - King of pop Michael Jackson, who has been detected with skin cancer, is in constant fear of dying and is terrified that his nose will fall off.

Jackson, 50, has already had shave biopsies on his chest, arm and nose to remove potentially lethal growths since the cancer was diagnosed last month.
