How do I unlock Rosalina without a Super Mario Galaxy save file?(Mario Kart Wii)

Holy, 4950 races!! I only won 100!! and when you say the Wii Cup series, do you mean the whole Grand Prix? and por the way, thx 4 answering, I gotta start winning races now.. ^_^ "
