I wrote this artigo after viewing the Season Two episode, (2.09) "What Kate Did" some three years ago:

"LOST": A Tale of Two Fathers

Back in Season Two, "LOST" aired an episode called (2.09) "What Kate Did". The episode revealed the crime that led castaway Kate Austen (Evangeline Lilly) to being a fugitive for three years - she had murdered her father, Wayne Jensen (James Horan), and used his death to collect insurance for her mother, Diane (Beth Broderick). The episode also revealed Kate's reason for her act of murder. She had just learned that Wayne - a man she had presumed to be her stepfather...

In the past, I have complained about the willingness of some "LOST" fãs to make excuses or dismiss some of Kate Austen’s mais serious mistakes and crimes. But after a debate on the "TELEVISION WITHOUT PITY" fórum about the character of James “Sawyer” Ford, I now realize that Kate was not the only popular character that fãs tend to defend. One other character has been defended just as much, or perhaps even mais than Kate. And I am referring to one James “Sawyer” Ford.

I suppose it made sense that Sawyer’s profession happened to be a con artist. Several years following the deaths...

I'm not sure if this subject has really been touched on yet, but I would like to bring it up. I've noticed this for quite a long time now. It seems like there a lot characters in the show that have had/have problems with their dad. The mais and mais characters I realized had this in commmon, the mais interested I became. Here, in somewhat brief descriptions, are most of what I could think of.
- Jack: dad was an alcoholic, had family he didnt know about(Claire), dad died, sees dad on island
- Kate: blew up her real dad, dad abused her and her mother
- Locke: dad was never around, dad steals his...

For all of you who have the ability to watch again the pilot episode of lost do it but pay a lot of attention this time. The first minutos actually show as the arrival of one of the Oceanic 6 (Jack) Back to the island.

Jack was seeting on the plane seguinte to Rose and 2 rows in front of Locke. However Rose was found unconsiousness on the de praia, praia seguinte to the plane parts as well as Locke. But what we see is Jack into the Jungle at a similar way like Ben when we wakes up in the middle of desert.

Jack wakes up starts running and he reaches the beach, then the camera makes a round, turning around Jack....

I do apologise first of all, on the poor quality of this article, but it's my first soapbox article. I plan to do one of these after each episode until the finale, when I'll just write something huge.

Right, so it is the beggining of the end according the the trailers being shown to us, and with only a few episodes to go to the Season 3 finale, that would seem true.

This week we recieved the promised 'new female character who is pivotal to the plot, who is not a survivor, Other, part of DHARMA, or flashback character' as Damon & Carlton said we would.

It seems an awful lot of things end up...

If you have not seen the ABC series “LOST” or at least the end of Season Five, I suggest that you do not read this post.

"JUGHEAD AND JULIET BURKE

It’s been eleven-and-a-half years since “LOST” went off the air and it still amazes me on how many of the series’ fãs irritate me. To this day, many people still blame Dr. Jack Shephard for the death of Dr. Juliet Burke in the Season Six premiere, (6.01-6.02) “LAX”.

The plan to drop the U.S. Army’s hydrogen bomb - “Jughead” - at the site where DHARMA scientist Dr. Stuart Radzinsky was drilling to reach the island’s power source...
