Carisa POV
I wrapped cold bandages around Kai. I felt awful. I was the ninja of water, and I can't even tap into my powers. I could have saved him from the pain. Kai stirred. I was surprised. The incident had happened a hora earlier, and I was replacing his bandages. His eyes slowly opened. He did not speak, only looked around. He looked at me. "Hi, Kai" I said. He looked like he wanted to talk, but he passed out again. I finished tending to him, and went to cadastrar-se the others. They were training.
"How's Kai?" Zane asked.
"He seems to be recovering quickly. He woke up for a few seconds, but passed out again." I responded. Just then Sensei rushed into the training area, eyes wide in alarm.
"The serpentine are back! Every one in Jamanikai village is in danger!" He shouted at us.
"Relax, we were just there. It's just some kid who-" gaio, jay was cut off.
"The spirit smoke does not lie! An ancient evil has been released!"
"What about Kai?" Zane and I asked at the same time.
"I will tend to him, go ninja, go!" Suddenly, Jay's eyes widened.
"Nya's there!" He shouted, running to the dragon keep. I ran after him, followed por the other ninja.
Zane POV
We landed in the village outskirts. We ran in to find Lloyd with a barrel of candy.
"Sorry to bust your buzz lil Garmadon, but it's already past your cama time!" Cole shouted.
"Attack!" Lloyd shouted. Snake people emerged from the shadows. Carisa was shocked.
"So they are real." She said. gaio, jay readied his weapon.
"No Jay, we're to unstable, we could end up doing mais harm then good!" I said, stopping him.
"I guess that leaves us with run!" gaio, jay shouted. We flipped away. Carisa landed on a roof and started firing arrows at the snakes. The rest of us ducked behind a building. Then a girl ducked in with us.
"Nya, your okay!" gaio, jay shouted.
"Barely! The snakes have hypnotized every one in town. She replied.
"Hypnotizim? How is that possible?" Cole asked.
"When they rattle their tails, don't look em in the eyes." She told us. We flipped to the roof tops. Kai jumped off, and I prepared to jump down. Carisa was now on the ground below me, kicking at the snakes. I slipped on the edge and fell. Carisa caught me.
"Thanks I said, and ran off. I jumped on topo, início of a building, and threw my shurikens at Lloyd. They hit the ground and froze. Lloyd's wheel barrow struck the ice and toppled over. I gave a shout, and spun over to Lloyd.
"Sensei was right, we should have dealt with you the first time around." I told him. He retreated, and we left on our dragons. I turned around and asked Carisa, "Why did you catch me?"
"Just instinct I guess." She said with a wink. We got back. Kai was up and dressed in a outfit that was not burned to a crisp.
"So, what'd I miss?" He asked. We explained every thing. We all knew that we would be ready for whatever was to come our way.
