Does anyone kno who this character's name is? [hint: he's found in the Knuckles the Echidna comics]

he's Knuckle's half brother. and he amuses himself por beating Knuckles on the head with his rattle. he's the son of Wynmacher(knuckles' step father) and Lara-Le(knuckles' mother).
