pipa, kite flying is great fun, but there are a few Thou Shalt Nots.
Thou shalt not fly thy pipa, kite near buildings or trees.
They will only cause turbulence and ruin the fun.
Thou shalt not fly thy pipa, kite near power lines.
You'll be embarrassed when you have to call the power company to get your pipa, kite down. Besides, the wait will cut into your your flying time.
Thou shalt not fly thy pipa, kite near a busy street.
Kites and traffic don't mix. Remember, if your pipa, kite causes an accident, you pay.
Thou shalt not fly thy pipa, kite in rain or thunderstorms.
Ben Franklin aside, flying a pipa, kite in a storm is a good way to get killed. That really ruins the fun of pipa, kite flying.

I know, I know. The winds are probably great there, but the FAA says "No Way" and the Feds can really ruin your fun.
