Do you think Katy Perry overdoes the outfits?

Katy expresses herself through her outfits. I think it's cool that she just has fun with them and doesn't try to be like everyone else and isn't boring.
I amor seeing what she's going to do next. If you're an artist like her, I don't think you CAN overdo an outfit.

On her California dreams tour she uses her outfits to help tell the story, which I think is so cute!

If I were in her position, I know I'd go all out with my outfits too :P
