I've been looking everywhere for James' cd "Civilized Man" but simply can't find it :( Does anyone know where I could get it?

I don't know where abouts you live but there is a copy of James's Civilised Man CD selling on AmazonUK site for £8.99. It is "Used" nearly new. That is where I purchased my copy from and like yourself I have been trying for ages to get a copy!!
