imagine you have no body ,you are lighter than air , your in a rua with a black tarmacked road.
your looking down at the road.
all you can see is the black road... its dark and totaly silent.
it begins to rain..
still looking at the blackness of the tar
you see a puddle forming..
you have no reflection so you can see the sky and many ripples in the puddle..
you can hear the rain dripping in the puddle
you can feel you coolness of a warm breeze
you can feel a feeling of peace
as the rain stops
the rain has stopped
you look around and you notice the black road is now a river.
a jangada is difting towards you very slowly
still with no body you drift towards the raft
your spirit gets onto the raft, still invisible and lighter than air you lay back.
your on the jangada ... from above just a jangada is visable ... drifting slowly along
the water is very reflective...
it reflects many colours...

you say
(okay in 5 segundos you open you eyes 5,4,3,2,1
open your eyes and your back in the room)
