Which confession of Sakura's? To Sasuke or Naruto? Her confession to Sasuke rivaled Hinata's to Naruto..both full of emotion. Now if you mean Sakura's 'fail'fession to Naruto that she did in an attempt to get him to do what she wanted(regardless of the good intentions behind it)...then Hinata's clearly tops.
