I think every single character in, hetalia - axis powers is special, because the country they represent is special as well. France is the country of love, which is why he's such a romantic character. He knows how to amor people and is kind to everyone close to him. In episode 5 of the beautiful you can see that France is a very strong character, he still knows how to smile after going through a lot, this is what makes him and everyone else in hetalia - axis powers beautiful.

France knows what amor is.....He can actually care sometimes.... He might be to clingy or too pervertish but at least he knows what amor is....
