I felt Tiffany was the right contestant to have been removed. She really wasn't a team player in Episode 1. Joanna is the only other person that I felt strongly should be removed (also for team skills - getting upset at Melissa after Melissa was put in charge of appetizers was a very bad move in my book). Although Bonnie seems to not have the necessary skills, she hasn't done anything that I can say justifies her being removed before Tiffany and Joanna. I don't have enough info on Jen, and Julia (along with Melissa) basically saved the Red Team from utter and complete failure (at least a dozen or so people got appetizers).

I think the selection of Tiffany was fair, though I'm concerned about Bonnie's skills so I'll pick her. But in all honesty, I'd probably nominate Aaron if I were able to select from the entire pool of contestants. That guy is just way too emotionally unstable to be of any use in the kitchen.
