Currently watching season 1, and it seems like they have somthing. Gracey gave of this vibe in the episode I just watched and I don't know...

In the last official episode of Gracey 101 season 1...
Gracey texts Eddie that she loves him. Zach deletes the message of Eddie's phone before he see's it and Gracey decides that she doesn't want to tell Eddie she loves him. In the segundo season, it is pretty clear she still has feelings for him (until the segundo half). In season 2B: "Night at PCA" she announces that she needs to get over him.
