Is Rodan a corvo or a terradactyl?

I was watching the Nanny the other night and they said: Rodan is coming over for dinner-: Who, Rodan the terradactyl that terrorized Tokyo?

But a website said it was a crow.

Because if it was a crow, it would have feathers. Rodan in the filmes and series does not have feathers. Therefor, it is related to a pterosaur.
